Welcome to Critter and Lakes. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of critterandlakes.com (the “Website”) and your purchase of products from Critter and Lakes (“Critter and Lakes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By visiting the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this Website or make a purchase.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied during checkout is accurate and complete.

2. Products and Availability

Critter and Lakes sells apparel and related merchandise, including products produced through print-on-demand fulfillment partners.

Products may be modified, discontinued, or removed without notice. We do not guarantee that every product, size, color, or design will remain available.

Product photographs and mockups are intended to represent the merchandise accurately. However, colors and sizing may appear differently depending on your screen, garment manufacturing variations, and the printing process.

3. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee its acceptance. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

Incorrect pricing or product information
Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity
Product or material unavailability
Shipping restrictions
Violation of these Terms

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed costs will be presented during checkout. Prices and promotions may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Payment is processed through third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We are not responsible for fees imposed by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

5. Print-on-Demand Production

Many Critter and Lakes products are made or printed after an order is placed. Production begins shortly after an order is submitted.

Because items are produced to order, customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing information, colors, quantities, and shipping addresses before completing checkout.

Submitting an order does not waive any rights provided to you by applicable consumer-protection law.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Production and delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping & Returns Policy and during checkout when available. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship orders within the stated timeframe. If we cannot ship within the promised period, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us immediately if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or fulfillment begins.

Risk of loss and responsibility for an order will transfer as permitted by applicable law.

7. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Because products may be printed to order, return eligibility can differ from that of traditional retail inventory. However, nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable law.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, materially different from what was ordered, or incorrect because of our error, contact us promptly at Support@crittersandlakes.com with:

Your order number
A description of the problem
Clear photographs showing the item and issue

Any stated return window, exclusions, and resolution options should be reviewed in the Shipping & Returns Policy before purchasing.

8. Order Changes and Cancellations

Because production may begin soon after checkout, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible after an order is submitted. If an order has already entered production or fulfillment, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation, subject to applicable law.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may have separate conditions, expiration dates, eligibility restrictions, or product exclusions.

Unless otherwise stated:

Only one discount code may be used per order
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively
Discounts have no cash value
Promotions may be modified or ended where legally permitted

10. Accounts

You may have the option to create a customer account. You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for activity conducted through your account.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
